Introduced in 1921, the Model 9 was the smallest pistol ever produced by Walther and remains one of the most compact centerfire semi-automatic pistols of its era. Manufactured at Zella-Mehlis and produced from 1921 through World War II, the Model 9 became a favorite gentleman's vest-pocket pistol, prized for its sleek lines, striker-fired mechanism, and exceptional quality.
