Museum-Quality FN Browning 1922 Nazi-Accepted Luftwaffe Rig with Original Krieghoff Eagle/2 Holster

Price:

3000$

Discription:

Exceptional FN Browning Model 1922 Luftwaffe Rig, manufactured under German occupation and accepted for wartime service. The Model 1922 was one of the most widely issued foreign-made sidearms used by the German military and was especially favored by Luftwaffe personnel, German police units, occupation forces, and government officials. Nazi-accepted examples bearing German military proofs are among the most desirable variants of the Browning 1922 family.
This outstanding collector-grade rig consists of a near-new FN Browning Model 1922 pistol accompanied by an original Luftwaffe-issued Krieghoff dropping holster. The holster bears the highly sought-after Luftwaffe Eagle/2 acceptance stamp and Krieghoff 'HK Anchor' maker marking, a combination considered among the most desirable accessories for the Browning 1922. Original Krieghoff Luftwaffe holsters were produced specifically for Luftwaffe-issued Browning pistols and are scarce in their own right.
Featuring its original military finish, German acceptance markings, and accompanied by the distinctive brown Luftwaffe holster, this rig represents one of the classic Luftwaffe sidearm combinations of the Second World War. Surviving examples in near-new condition are seldom encountered and are highly prized by advanced collectors of Luftwaffe, Browning, and German occupation firearms.
